Here are some options to consider while our buildings are closed:

• Browse our newest books online
• Call our Reference Desk. We can find books on topics that interest you or make some recommendations. Then we'll arrange for contactless outdoor pick-up at either the Jones, North Amherst, or Munson Memorial Library.
• Can’t make it to the library to pick up your holds? Sign up for home delivery within Amherst.
• Request a kids / YA book bundle of 3 to 5 books, with themes changing frequently.
• Browse a wide range of titles on our outdoor Honor Carts! We have adult titles by the side entrance at Jones and both adult and kids titles on the front porch at North Amherst. Sign out books from the cart on the spot on the honor system. (Weather permitting!)
• Join the Jones Library Book of the Month Club and have two books specially selected and placed outdoors for you to pick up at the start of each month.
• Explore our collection of digital books and audiobooks. Call our Reference Desk if you'd like some assistance.
• Request a personalized reading list.
• Browse our Black Lives Matter and Antiracism booklists.
• Browse our staff picks for recommendations.
• Search online in Novelist Plus, a guide to fiction and nonfiction for all ages.
