Film rights have already been sold for this debut novel. Smart, stylish, and oh-so-creepy, it begs for a master like Alfred Hitchcock to produce it. In the novel, two young women--former college roommates--meet up in Tangiers; one is a schemer, the other is almost helplessly in her thrall. Under the blazing Moroccan sun, a deadly plot is soon in play.
