Jump in to this entertaining satirical novel along with Jen, a likeable New Yorker in her early 30s, her delightfully goofy husband Jim, and her two beloved best friends. Jen has a poorly defined job at a philanthropy founded by perhaps the country's most famous media celebrity. There she struggles to come up with appropriate buzzwords and spin to satisfy her employers in their dramatically misguided attempts to empower women. In her personal life, she panics over her inability to have a child and to resume her once-promising painting career. A moving account of a woman's journey from "young" to "no longer young."
