Tuesday, December 13, 2022

7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Started in 2017, "Reading the Classics with Ilan Stavans" is a book series open to readers worldwide of world classics (fiction, poetry, memoir, theater) in translation or in their original English. All are welcome to join this series of online discussions planned for the fall of this year. You can attend as many sessions as you like!

The work selected for discussion this month is The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison. Find the book in our catalog.

Follow this link to learn more and to register for the book discussion. Registration is being handled by the New York Public Library, so don't be surprised! Information about how to connect with the discussion via Zoom will be sent to you after registration. You must register for each session separately.
