- Partner: Wildflower Alliance
Alternatives to Suicide Peer Support Group
- Fridays, 10am - 11:30am
- Amherst Room (2nd floor), Jones Library
- Contact: liz@wildfloweralliance.org
The Alternatives to Suicide approach is about openly exploring the meaning behind thoughts and feelings of suicide, as well as what might be worth living for. In the "Alt2Su" group, we find strength in coming together to support one another in our times of greatest distress. Our collective wisdom and individual stories have taught us that making space for this topic can be powerful and healing. NOTE: Masks are required during this group.
All Recovery Support Group
- Thursdays, 10am - 11:30am
- Amherst Room (2nd floor), Jones Library
- Contact: 413-539-5941 ext. 328 or amherstrecovery@wildfloweralliance.org
All Recovery Groups are open to anyone who has challenges with substance use and/or addition, or who supports the recovery lifestyle. While anonymous fellowships like Alcohol and Narcotics Anonymous focus on navigating the 12 steps, All Recovery holds that there are many pathways to recovery, all of which are valid. We encourage each person to share and talk about their experiences, what has worked for them, and what has not worked, so that each person can explore and discover their own unique pathway to Recovery.
